Visual Stock Review
An on-site or records sitting that turns counts and twelve months of sales into printed pictures of days of cover, slow bays, and the next ninety days of buying.
- Format
- Records intake plus an aisle walk where the warehouse is in reach of Tbilisi
- Time
- Two to four weeks from the first sitting to the review meeting
- Where
- Client warehouse in Georgia, or the desk at Level 8, 72 Aghmashenebeli Avenue, Tbilisi 0102
- Rate basis
- From 1,800 GEL, quoted by SKU count and number of sites
The Visual Stock Review is for wholesale depots, independent retailers, and importers who already hold physical stock and cannot see, on one set of sheets, which SKUs will run out, which bays are tying up cash, and what to put on the next purchase order.
Who it is for
A keeper who can produce a stock list (even a messy one), a selling history of roughly a year if it exists, and a person who is allowed to walk the floor with us. Typical rooms: a dry-goods warehouse in Gldani, a wine and bottled-goods loft near the river, a hardware back room that feeds a shop on Paliasashvili, an import lot waiting on the next truck from Poti.
What you receive
- An opening sitting to agree the site, the SKU range, and which books we may copy.
- Intake of counts, invoices, and selling history. Paper ledgers are welcome; we do not require a particular file format.
- An aisle walk when the warehouse is in or near Tbilisi. Sites farther afield are quoted for travel.
- A bound visual report: days-of-cover bars, a floor sketch with slow and dead bays marked in ink, a short list of stock-out risks before the next known arrival, and a ninety-day buying list with suggested quantities.
- One review sitting, in person or by telephone, to walk the sheets with the buyer.
What is not included
We do not install software, take over warehouse labour, file tax returns, broker customs, or count every unit unless a separate cycle-count map is commissioned. We do not buy or sell the goods.
How the work proceeds
- You write to the desk with a rough SKU count and where the stock sits.
- We reply with a date, a fee range, and a list of records to gather.
- Intake and, where agreed, the aisle walk.
- Lela draws the pictures; Nestan and Giorgi check them against the books.
- The review sitting. After that, the sheets are yours. Further calendars or markdown passes are separate work.
Preparation
Have the latest count, even if it is a month old. Bring vendor lead times if you know them — ferry delays from the Black Sea are a frequent reason safety stock is set too thin. Name one person who can answer “what actually sells on a Saturday.”
Constraints
One warehouse or one retail back room per review unless extra sites are quoted. SKU counts above 800, or more than one mezzanine, extend the timetable. If records are only in a language we cannot read, we will say so before work starts.
Price and next step
Fees start at 1,800 GEL for a single site up to 800 SKUs. Extra sites, travel outside Tbilisi, and very large catalogues are quoted. To request a review, write to the desk with the site and a rough SKU count.
