Slow movers eat pallet positions and patience. This review is a narrow pass: we mark SKUs with no movement in an agreed window, separate true dead stock from seasonal goods waiting their month, and write a short instruction beside each line — markdown, ask the vendor for a return, donate, or hold until the next count.

We will not tell a family shop to throw away a line that the owner still believes in. We will write the holding cost in lari on the sheet so the belief has a number next to it. Returns and vendor talks remain your work; we only name the candidates.
