Grocery shelves stocked with jars and packaged food
A grocery run-up to a holiday week. The calendar names which lines to bring forward, and which to leave alone.

A replenishment calendar is for a buyer who already knows the season is coming and does not want the same panic as last December. We take last year’s week-by-week sales, this year’s known events (a festival, a tourist swell, a late ferry), and the lead times your vendors actually keep. The sheet that comes back has dates, SKU names, and order quantities, not a lecture on “planning.”

The calendar covers one selling season at one site. It does not restock the warehouse for you. It does not invent demand where last year’s book shows none. If a Visual Stock Review has already been done, we reuse those pictures so you are not paying twice for the same aisle walk.
