Privacy notice
This notice explains what we keep when you write to the desk or commission a sitting. The data controller is the practice at the address below.
Data controller

We handle personal data in line with Georgia’s Law on Personal Data Protection and, where a sitting involves a person in the European Economic Area, the principles of that regime as they apply to a Georgian controller.
What we collect
From a contact note: name, email address, optional SKU count, choice of planning work, and the message you write. From an engagement: the same, plus billing details, site address, and the stock records you choose to share. Those records may include names of staff who appear on count sheets. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, health data, or payment-card numbers through this site.
Why we collect it
We use contact details to answer your note, quote a fee, schedule a sitting, deliver pictures, and invoice. Stock records are used only to perform the commissioned inventory planning. Cookie storage is described on the cookies page. We do not sell lists of keepers to other firms.
Legal bases we rely on: steps at your request before a contract; performance of the engagement; our legitimate interest in keeping a modest archive of work we may need to defend; and consent where you accept non-essential cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful contact notes are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Engagement files (fee confirmation, copies of records, delivered sheets) are kept for five years after the sitting, which covers ordinary accounting and any dispute about the pictures. You may ask us to return or destroy extra copies of stock books sooner; we will keep the minimum needed for the invoice.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for correction, object to a use that rests only on legitimate interest, and ask for deletion where the law allows. Send the request to info@stack-layerbase.digital. You may complain to Georgia’s Personal Data Protection Service. We will answer rights requests within the time that law requires.
International transfers
The desk is in Tbilisi. Email and hosting may store copies on servers outside Georgia. Where that happens, we use providers who offer a written data-protection undertaking. Stock pictures are not published. If a sitting requires us to send a file to you abroad, that transfer is at your instruction.
Children
This site is for people who keep warehouses and shops. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
Changes
We will revise this notice on this page when our practices change. The date of the sitting, not the date you first browsed, governs the file for that engagement.
