What a sitting costs
Fees are quoted in Georgian lari for a defined site and SKU range. The figures below are starting points. A warehouse with two mezzanines is not the same job as a single back room.
Visual Stock Review
From 1,800 GEL
One site, up to 800 SKUs, aisle walk in or near Tbilisi, bound pictures, one review sitting.
Seasonal replenishment calendar
From 1,200 GEL
One selling season, one site, using sales-by-week you already have.
Slow-mover and dead-stock review
From 900 GEL
A narrow pass on silent bays, with markdown and return candidates named.
Open-to-buy for a season
From 1,400 GEL
Category envelopes after stock on hand and on-order are counted.
Cycle-count map
From 1,100 GEL
One building, a floor sketch, and a roster the shift can pin up.
What changes the quote
SKU count is the first lever. Above 800 lines, or when variants (size, flavour, vintage) are counted as separate SKUs without a clean list, the review lengthens. A second site is not half again; it is usually a second walk plus a second set of pictures.
Travel outside Tbilisi is billed as a day rate plus fares. Batumi and Kutaisi are common. A mountain depot with no table to sit at still gets a walk; the drawing happens back on Aghmashenebeli Avenue.
Records in a jumble of paper, mixed languages, or three different counting dates add days. We will say so in the quote rather than discover it on the floor and pretend it was included.
What we do not sell
There is no monthly subscription, no “seat,” and no package that pretends every warehouse needs the same three tiers. A deposit of 40 percent is due when dates are agreed; the balance is due when the pictures are delivered, before the review sitting if you prefer to see the sheets first.
Next step
Write to the desk with the site, a rough SKU count, and which piece of work you want. You will receive a range, not a surprise invoice after the walk.
